
A work accident claimed the life of Alexandro Branco, 23 years old, on Wednesday afternoon (11/26), in the Paraiso neighborhood, in Chapeco, west of Santa Catarina. The young man fell from the fourth floor of a building while installing a protective screen.
According to residents, Alexandru wore a seat belt during almost the entire service. However, when final adjustments were made to the installation, he had the equipment removed. To reach the outer area of the balcony, the worker climbed a ladder, lost his balance and fell.
