Through a series of rulings published today, Friday, in the Official Gazette National Drug, Food and Medical Technology Administration (ANMAT) prohibits the use, marketing, advertising, publication and distribution throughout the country Two pieces of liquid soap Because there is no license from the organization. These measures were imposed through documents signed by the owner of the house, Nelida Agustina Bisio.
On the one hand, in ruling 8780/2025, the specified product was restricted as: “KEEPER liquid soap – produced by Keperchem SRL. Keperchem SRL – Talcahuano 430-Villa Martelli“In this case, the Directorate for Evaluation and Management of Health Products Surveillance (DEYGMPS) discovered that it would not comply with the licences, so it launched an investigation.
Thus, the agency recorded that the Keperchem Foundation, mentioned on the product label as the responsible manufacturing laboratory, did not have a license from Anmat to produce cosmetics, which is why it imposed the penalty.
On the other hand, through Ruling No. 8789/2025, the Agency banned the product bearing the mark: “SWELL brand liquid hand soap, manufactured and packaged by Grupo Jac SA, RNE: 020045390On this occasion, the administration also found an irregularity regarding her health record, which led to the opening of an investigation.
Anmat stated that the enterprise Grupo Jac SA, in which the product was produced, did not have a license to produce cosmetic products, and that after consulting the database of registered cosmetics, no products were found whose identifying data corresponded to those on the above-mentioned cosmetics label.
The entity stated that it established the prohibitions “in order to protect potential users from the effects resulting from the use of the product in question, since it is an illegal cosmetic product, not registered with the national administration, produced by a company that lacks the appropriate license, and since it is not possible to provide guarantees regarding its effectiveness, safety or combination with the ingredients permitted for use.”
