
The cold front, combined with heat and humidity, will encourage the formation of isolated storms in several areas in the eastern half of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and Paraná, especially on Friday (11/28).
According to information from the Climatempo website, the instability may be accompanied by gusts of wind, lightning, and hail. Although extreme events are likely, forecasts indicate rain accumulations that could cause occasional flooding and localized disturbances.

south
According to the agency, the weather starts out stable across much of the southern region, but new instability is advancing across Rio Grande do Sul as of mid-morning due to the arrival of a cold front associated with an extratropical cyclone in the ocean.
Rain fell on the southern and northeastern coast and Serra Gaucha in the morning. In the afternoon, the rain will intensify in the eastern half of the state, with the risk of thunderstorms, strong winds and the possibility of hail in the Porto Alegre capital area, in the valleys, the Sierra and the coast.
Instability is spreading across eastern Santa Catarina and Paraná, with a risk of storms east of Santa Catarina as well. In the rest of the regions, the weather remains stable and mostly sunny, especially in the west.
Temperatures remain high, except on the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul and between the mountains of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina, where they are more moderate. Relative air humidity remains low in the west of the region and in northern Paraná. Wind gusts range between 40 and 50 km/h, reaching 70 km/h in the far south of the Rio Grande do Sul coast.
Southeast
The day begins with stable weather in most parts of the region, with the possibility of light rain in isolated spots north of Minas Gerais. From the end of the morning, areas of instability cause rain showers in the east and north of Minas Gerais, in the east of São Paulo, in the interior of Rio de Janeiro and in Espírito Santo. Heat, humidity, and disturbances in the middle layers of the atmosphere strengthen rain showers throughout the day.
The weather remains stable in Triângolo Mineiro and most of the interior of São Paulo. Relative air humidity is alert in Triângulo, northern Minas Gerais and inland areas of São Paulo, and may drop below 20%. Wind speeds range between 40 and 50 km/h in western Sao Paulo and the coast of Rio de Janeiro.
In São Paulo, Friday will be stable weather in most parts of the state, but from the beginning of the afternoon there is a chance of scattered showers in the northeast and east of São Paulo, moderate to strong on the coast and in the east. In the capital, the sun prevails throughout the day, with a minimum temperature of 14 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 31 degrees Celsius.
Midwest
Instability begins early in the north, center and southeast of Mato Grosso, as well as in isolated points in Goiás, with moderate and sometimes heavy rains.
Between late morning and early afternoon, rain will intensify across much of Mato Grosso and Goiás, with a risk of storms. In the afternoon, rain will advance to the west, northwest and north of Mato Grosso do Sul, accompanied by moisture coming from the northern region and local weather disturbances.
The weather becomes harsher in southern Goiás and the rest of Mato Grosso do Sul, where humidity can be below 20%. Temperatures remain high, with winds gusting between 40 and 50 km/h in eastern Mato Grosso.
Northeast
Instability continues in southern and western Bahia, as well as southern Maranhão and Piauí, with moderate to strong rainfall and the risk of storms, especially in western Bahia and Maranhão.
Between Sergipe and Pernambuco, there is a chance of scattered rain. In the rest of the regions, the weather remains stable. Relative air humidity is very low in Piauí, Ceará, western Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, and the extreme north of Bahia, with rates below 20%. Wind gusts range between 40 and 50 km/h, including on the Maranhão coast.
north
Scattered showers will occur early, with moderate to heavy rain possible in Accra, the northern Amazon and areas near the border with Roraima.
In the early afternoon, instability increases and affects Accra, Amazonas, Rondonia, Roraima, Central South and Western Pará, as well as Tocantins, with a risk of storms. In Amapa, the weather remains more stable in most parts of the state. Heat and a feeling of suffocation are still prevalent throughout the region.
