Laçador de Ofertas helps promote tourism in Rio Grande do Sul | Dino

Laçador de Ofertas was founded in 2011, with the aim of expanding public access to different culinary, accommodation and leisure experiences in Serra Gaúcha. Initially designed as a regional promotional platform, the Online Travel Agency (OTA) quickly gained national recognition, consolidating itself as one of the references in tourism and leisure, focusing on destinations such as Gramado and Canela.

For Mauricio Bazdzycki, CEO of Laçador de Ofertas, the region has favorable conditions for entrepreneurship. According to him, the people of Rio Grande do Sul are distinguished by their commitment to promoting initiatives that contribute to the development of the region. “At the same time, it is one of the most sought-after destinations in Brazil. Therefore, we saw the opportunity to create an online travel agency that respects this culture, connecting the potential of the destination to a simple, organized and reliable shopping trip for tourists,” he explains.

Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Castor Ruiz, emphasizes that proximity and knowledge of the local reality were crucial in choosing the region as the center of the operation. “We live the routine of the region, we know what tourists are looking for and our goal was to create a collection of hotels, gastronomy and experiences that reflect this local essence. Focusing on Rio Grande do Sul was a strategic and natural decision,” he says.

In September 2025, the thirteenth bulletin of the Tourism Observatory showed a 116% growth in tourism in Gramado, compared to the same period of the previous year. International flow also recorded a noticeable increase, reaching about 42% during the same period, according to data reported by the Ação Gramado website.

From purchase to experience

From a practical standpoint, the platform is designed to be simple and intuitive. Upon accessing an OTA, the customer selects the desired experiences or accommodations, adds them to the cart and completes the online purchase. You will then receive a digital voucher with instructions and, in most cases, simply submit it directly to the partner establishment. “Our goal is to make the trip planning process seamless, practical and hassle-free: from the click through to the actual experience,” says Ruiz.

With the premise of ensuring security, clarity and practicality when purchasing, Pazdzycki states that the company maintains constant monitoring to achieve two goals: minimum friction and maximum security. “We work using market tools combined with our own user behavior information. This allows us to identify atypical patterns and analyze each case according to history and action within the platform,” he explains in detail.

OTAs also use technologies such as 3DS and facial recognition, as well as internal processes that review risk indicators and quality of experience daily. According to the CEO, this combination can ensure safe, transparent and reliable transactions.

Before going live, each show goes through a curation process. “We evaluate the quality of the partner, the level of service, the reputation, and whenever possible, we personally test the experiences,” says Mauricio. “We constantly monitor ratings and comments. The rule is simple: only what goes into Laçador delivers exactly what it promises.”

The OTA offering is structured around three pillars: entertainment, gastronomy and hotels. In the entertainment area there are parks, themed attractions and typical tours of Serra Gaúcha; In gastronomy, colonial cafés, fondue, themed restaurants and experiences linked to the local culture; In hotels, the platform brings together everything from boutique hotels to resorts. The idea is to allow the traveler to build the entire journey within the platform.

How to make the most of your trip?

In order for the customer to get the most out of the destination experience, Ruiz recommends paying attention to the information included in each offer: validity, booking requirements and black-out dates. “Pre-planning also makes a big difference. A balanced itinerary, without excesses on the same day, transforms the trip. The more the customer understands the dynamics of the destination, the lighter and more enjoyable the trip becomes,” he advises.

Mauricio adds that the most frequently asked questions refer to the validity and scheduling of experiments, which is why this data is highlighted in every presentation. “We also serve many travelers who want to understand how to combine experiences, schedules and logistics of a destination. Our service can help guide and provide security so that using vouchers is seamless.” The main focus of the Laçador de Ofertas platform is to be remembered as a travel partner capable of solving the logistics for tourists even before boarding the plane.
