Fla Fest had all the details of the event in the well-known Maracanã to serve the red and black fans during the Conmebol Libertadores 2025 final. Invited by Flamengo to develop and organize the event – for the second time, after also signing the official ceremony for the 2019 final – Dream Factory and X3m promise to transform the stadium into a fantastic celebration scene for fans who have not traveled to Lima.
The gates will open at 3pm, kicking off a program specially designed to engage audiences from an early age. Among the attractions are performances by MC Maneirinho, Papatinho, Shadow and Ramonzin, which provide the final warm-up for the resolution.
The installed infrastructure contains 14 screens, including the stadium’s four official screens and ten other 10 x 8 meter structures displaying high-quality images, spread across all sectors to ensure every fan experiences the event with maximum visibility. Throughout the afternoon, screens will show the goals, behind-the-scenes and highlights of the red and black campaign, adding to the atmosphere of the final.
At crucial moments, the Maracanã will feature special effects, themed lighting and cool fireworks distributed across the stadium and event structures, culminating in a visual experience worthy of spectacular celebrations, including a vignette of the goal created exclusively for Fla Fest.
The concert will also feature a DJ in a set inspired by Flamengo’s musical identity, mixing samba, lounge and MPB, as well as interviews with fans, interactive cameras, posts via the official hashtag and audio-visual content about the team’s path in 2025.
A live connection with Lima will be a cornerstone of the experience, allowing fans to follow pre-match moments in real time in Peru, including bus arrivals, dressing room photos and team setups. The team’s entry into the stadium will be marked by a countdown synchronized with a mosaic in the stands and the participation of the presenter on the pitch, creating a high-impact celebratory moment, designed to heighten the emotions of the fans.
