The artist revealed to GLOBO that her recovery has progressed as expected, and the result will be gradually noticed over the coming months. She said that since she was young, she had always had little hair and that this was intensified throughout her career, as many of the characters required intense manipulation, chemistry and, to a large extent, the obligatory use of voluminous hair to create the plots’ identity.

Over the years, Juliana began to deal with growing concerns regarding hair volume. On a daily basis, he used hats, scarves and other devices to hide low-density areas, something that was already affecting his personal life and professional image. She says she’s wanted this procedure for years, and it’s only now, with a few days off on her schedule, that she’s been able to make her dream come true.

– Now that an opportunity arose, I took advantage. It was perfect, because this technique doesn’t require shaving your head, so I was able to do that this year, even with the holidays approaching. As an actress, I rely on my image and have works and promotions in the pipeline. If you need to shave it, that will not be possible at this point. This relief has made a huge difference for me to make this decision now – he explained the decision.

This technique, called the Briganti method, was created by Dr. Renan Briganti, who specializes in the procedure that does not involve shaving hair. This technique maintains the density and naturalness of traditional methods, which usually involve a period of time during which hair falls out in the transplanted area before it grows again.

– In fact, I did not imagine that it was possible to perform a hair transplant without shaving your head. When I discovered it, I felt that it could be a tool to share this information with other people, especially women who suffer from alopecia and are recommended to have surgery – said the translator Vania, in the TV series “Estranho Amor”.
