In the past five years alone, the palace’s price has risen by R$55 million, according to a website that until recently advertised it. The surprising estimate is no reason to be surprised. The house has recently undergone a general renovation which has helped with its appreciation. “Everything is new and shiny because the house has been completely stripped down and rebuilt,” says the ad from a luxury Miami real estate brokerage.

According to the British newspaper Daily Mail, the model and her boyfriend have already been seen around the house.

Gisele has been dating Joachim since June 2024, a few months after officially divorcing Tom Brady. At first, she denied having a relationship with the jiu-jitsu coach. He only confirmed their relationship in March of this year, in an interview with the New York Times. The couple’s first child, River, was born in October last year.
