Having an intense routine between working in television, traveling and personal life, Luciana Jimenez, 56 years old, enjoys a healthy routine, with a structured diet and daily physical exercises. Recently, nutrition expert Michel Haddad spent two weeks at the broadcaster’s home, where he created a meal plan for all daily meals.
On his Instagram profile, he shared Luciana’s first meal of the day: oven omelet, protein waffle, papaya and green smoothie.
“It’s a very complete and rich breakfast… She told me it has a lot of sweets, so here for breakfast I actually make a protein waffle,” he said.

ingredients:
1 egg
1 tablespoon oatmeal
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1/2 donor beef protein (basic)
1 banana
1 dessert spoon of yeast
Preparation method:
– Mix all ingredients well until a homogeneous dough is formed.
– Then add the yeast and mix a little.
– Grease it with spray, then add the dough. After 3-5 minutes, it is ready!
