At least three dead in Kiev in a new massive Russian attack with drones and missiles international

At least three people were killed and dozens injured this morning in Kiev in a new massive Russian drone and missile attack against targets across Ukraine, including the power grid, leaving 600,000 homes without power. According to the Ukrainian government, Russia launched dozens of missiles and half a thousand drones across the country, once again ignoring the peace negotiations that have been taking place since last week when the United States proposed a peace plan clearly biased towards Moscow that European countries allied with Ukraine would like to review.
