Preparation method

  1. Cook the potato slices in water until they are slightly tender (do not let them fall apart). Drain and reserve.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream, cheese, milk, bacon, salt, oregano, ghee and parsley.
  3. Place this mixture in the microwave for about 40 seconds, just to melt the ghee and incorporate the cream.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter and make layers of potatoes and cream.
  5. Finish the dish with mozzarella and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
