“Flamingo and Felipe LuisChampions with a scandal.” This is the title of the Spanish newspaper’s report on the victory of the Rio team on Saturday in Lima. The newspaper stated that a decisive moment occurred in the first half, when Pulgar hit his shoe on the leg of Bruno Fox, and the Argentine referee Dario Herrera showed only the yellow card.

The Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport also mentioned in its headline that Danilo was the top scorer in Flamengo’s victory, and recalled that the defender played for a club in the country. The newspaper reported, “It was an exciting and typical match in South America (…) and a header from the former Juventus player.”

The Portuguese newspaper “A Bola” described that the former Porto player’s goal decided “a tied match in Lima,” recalling that Flamengo is coached by Portuguese coach Jose Boto.
