In the recording that scandalized even experienced investigators from the civil police of Goiás, lawyer Tatián Meirelles and Sergeant of the Military Police of Goiás Hebert Bovoie were shown performing a kind of “extortion prayer” over wads of money collected by the gang.
The images, recorded in Lousiana (GO), on the outskirts of DF, and obtained by police during the operation on Friday (28/11), show the two thanking them and asking to “double” the money generated by the violent charges.
In the video, Tatiana leads the prayer while the sergeant follows her in silence, with his hands on the money. The lawyer says:
“The Lord makes us great and let everyone be thankful, and let the money return to us. Blessed be the money…and we bless these people. We ask God to double this money. We ask the beloved Father that we can double this money.”
Coolness and confidence
According to investigators, the photos symbolize the level of organization, coldness and confidence that the group had in its criminal activities. The money offered was collected through humiliation, physical attacks and armed threats against the people in debt.
The Civil Police of Louisiana arrested six members of the criminal organization accused of loan sharking, extortion, torture through kidnapping and money laundering. Among the detainees:
- Sergeant Hebert Beauvois, former candidate for PL Counselor;
- Attorney Tatianne Meirelles, his wife;
- Two other military police officers;
- Two civilians.
The complaint that led to the investigation came from the military police in Goiás itself, after evidence was found that its members were involved in serious crimes.
Brutal violence
In addition to the so-called “money prayer,” the police collected video clips recording violent acts committed during collection operations. In one recording, Bovoa attacks a woman who received a loan from the group:
- The armed sergeant appears inside the victim’s house, who remains trapped on the bed.
- He slaps the woman in the face and insults her by calling her a “slut” and a “slut.”
- He said in a threatening tone that she was “messing with the bums.”
- The victim cries and says he did not receive the money paid.
When she was threatened to take her cell phone, she begged to keep the device, saying she needed it to work.
In desperation, he offered the police officer to look in the closet to prove that he had not even bought the basics for his daughter.
More aggression
Other gang videos show men kneeling, crying and being beaten with baseball bats, clubs and kicks. In one, an attacker says: “Here in Goiás you will learn how it works.”
Tatianne Meirelles not only provided legal support. In another recording, she appeared to hit a man with a baton during the attack, screaming: “Get up! Raise your damned arm!”
While executing the orders, the police seized:
-
- firearms;
- Objects used in attacks;
- About R$10,000 in cash, some of it clearly linked to “prayer money.”
- Civilian police allege that the group was operating as an organized criminal organisation.

Bolsonaro’s photo
The former chancellor of Jair Bolsonaro’s Liberal Party, Bovoa, made extensive use of the former president’s image in his 2024 campaign, when he presented himself as an advocate for ethics and the fight against corruption.
At the time, he was moving around the city as a trio, making personal attacks on the mayor and his family, which led to his legal indictment.
The sergeant had spent a long period away from the force for psychological reasons, and had recently returned, but had not yet worked on the streets.
The detainees must face charges of extortion, torture, loan sharking, money laundering and other related crimes. Investigations are continuing.
