Preparation method
- In a pressure cooker, heat a little olive oil and fry the chopped onions, garlic and chicken breast.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and spices of your choice (paprika, bay leaf powder, etc.).
- Cover the chicken with water, cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes after pressing.
- Turn off the heat and wait until the pressure subsides, then cut the chicken and leave it aside.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cheese and cream until you get a homogeneous sauce (if you like it smoother, blend it in a blender).
- On a large plate, place the chopped chicken and add the tomatoes, carrots, corn, olives, peas, ham, half an onion, parsley and chives.
- Mix all ingredients very well.
- Add the cream sauce and stir again until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Finish the straw potatoes when serving and place them in the refrigerator if you prefer to serve them cold.
