Hetalo Santos has been imprisoned in the Decembargador Floscolo da Nobrega prison, in João Pessoa (PB), since August. The influencer’s testimony in the hearings in the case of publishing pornographic content involving minors became available this Sunday (11/30).
During his conversation with the authorities, Hetalo Santos stated that he did not produce videos with sexual connotations with teenagers.
“I never recorded videos with pornographic or sexual scenes. We just recorded our routine with the surrounding culture, where I come from,” he said in a video shown on Fantástico.

The influencer then hinted that people’s vision might be distorted. He added: “The dances and steps that some people use appear with this (sexual) look. But for people from the margins, it is art.”
He also said that parents got paid for every content recorded with teens. The judge replied: “Not out of obligation, not by agreement, I felt entitled to do that on their behalf.”
In addition to exploiting and endangering minors, the Department of Public Labor accuses Hetalo and her husband, Israel Nata, of running a lucrative human trafficking scheme to sexually exploit and subject children and adolescents to slavery-like conditions.
