Monthly profit statement
When explaining his sources of income, Hetalo said that he did not receive money from the platforms where videos with teenagers were posted, and stated that his earnings came from advertisements and authorized raffles. When asked about the monthly amount collected, he stated that the income varies between… “400 and 600 thousand riyals.”
From this excerpt, Fantástico broadcast further statements in which Hytalo sought to justify the nature of the content disclosed. He stated that the published material depicted everyday suburban life and funk choreography.
The influencer said he was surprised by the allegations and reported being uncomfortable with the investigation. “I’m even a little embarrassed because I’ve done so much for these kids, so much for these teenagers who are put here in the files and have to answer…but it hurts me, it hurts me so much,” he declared. At another point, he denied recording scenes of a sexual nature: “I have never recorded video clips that contain scenes of a pornographic or sexual nature… For people on the margins, it is art.”

Charge of exploitation
The Public Ministry stated that some teenagers lived with the couple in a residential apartment in Bayo, in the greater João Pessoa area, and confirms that the content reveals clear exploitation. At the hearing, the prosecutor asked whether Hetalo was aware of the comments suggesting a sexual interpretation of the videos. He replied that he had not kept up with the volume of interaction: “The number of comments reached 20,000 comments, 30,000 comments… and the majority were based on the strength of each character.”
The influencer also said there was no formal agreement to pay the young people and declared: “The parents were, but not out of obligation, not under agreement, I felt entitled to do it for them.”
The case gained repercussions after influencer Falaka posted a video criticizing so-called adultery of minors online, prompting GAECO to request the arrest of Hetalo and Israel. They were detained in São Paulo and transferred to Paraíba. The court rejected the release request. The defense says: “They may show lust, but the law does not criminalize the lustful act… and pornography does not appear.”
In addition to this operation, the couple is also responding to the Ministry of Labor’s general action accusing them of human trafficking for sexual exploitation and subjecting minors to degrading conditions.
He cried during the testimony
In another excerpt shown by Fantastico, Hetalo was shown crying when commenting on the impact of the allegations. “I will never again be free from what they did to my image. Everywhere I go now, I’m looked at as a pedophile, I’m looked at as an abuser, as a pervert,” he said.
