The long-awaited new production of Tchaikovsky’s classic brings together the ballet, choir and municipal symphony orchestra to tell the story of Clara, a girl who receives a soldier-shaped nutcracker and sets out with him on a magical journey. The show is conceived and edited by Helio Pegani and Jorge Teixeira, based on the works of Marius Petipa, and will be conducted by principal conductor Felipe Prazeres.
