Marie Vidal presents 34 recipes in “Sabourindo Paris”, prepared among Parisian cafés

The waiter Bruno Villeneuve, from Café Nimrod, on Rue du Church Midi, was Marie Vidal’s greatest companion during the creative process of the film “Sabourindo Paris” (Cenac Rio), which she released on the 8th of this month. As in “Saburiando o Rio” and “Saburiando Lisbon,” the chef from Rio combines stories and recipes in her third book.

“Nimrod was the place where I sat down to write the most,” says Marie. “In addition to befriending Bruno, I discovered the best croque monsieur, made with Bouillane bread.”

“Mariana’s text is bursting with perfume and scent,” says Martha. “I’m a failure in the kitchen, but I’m a great reader: I know when I have a little gem in my hand. I never imagined I would be captivated by a recipe book.”
