The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN), through the Harmonized System for Rapid Information Exchange (SCIRI), issued an alert sent by the health authorities of the Valencian Community regarding the discovery Salmonella In preparing meat Burger meat Chicken brand consumption.
According to available information, the affected product was distributed to the autonomous communities of Andalusia, Aragon and the Communities of Valenciana, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia and Murcia. The company has published on its website an information note in this regard addressed to its customers, which includes information about the product in question:

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) recommends that people who have products affected by this alert at home “refrain from consuming them.”
However, as indicated on the product label, it should be fully cooked before consumption, as cooking is a very effective measure to eliminate health risks.

If you have consumed any of the products from the affected batches and develop any symptoms consistent with salmonellosis (mainly diarrhea and/or vomiting accompanied by fever and headache), it is recommended to go to a health centre.
Preventing disease at home, according to AESAN, depends on proper hygiene of hands, utensils and surfaces, separating raw and cooked foods, and handling and cooking food properly.
