Preparation method
Wash the zucchini, carrots and potatoes, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater.
Place it in a clean cloth or sieve and squeeze well to remove excess liquid.
In a bowl, mix the drained vegetables with the oatmeal, eggs, grated cheese and spices until a smooth dough forms.
Shape the dumplings into the desired shape with your hands.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
If you prefer, do this in the air fryer at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve hot, with your favorite sauce.
