The US President had an MRI several weeks ago. But he still couldn’t explain why or what part of the body it came from. Thus, on Monday, the White House issued a letter from the US President’s physician explaining the diagnostic test, without mentioning its date.
“In summary,” says the report by Capt. Sean Barbabella, the president’s physician, “this level of evaluation is the standard for a physical examination at President Trump’s age and confirms that he continues to enjoy excellent general health.”
According to White House spokeswoman Carolyn Leavitt, “President Trump had an MRI because men in his age group undergo a comprehensive evaluation of their cardiovascular and abdominal health. The purpose of these images is preventative, identifying any problems early, confirming overall health, and making sure the President maintains his vitality and function over the long term. President Trump’s cardiovascular tests were completely normal, with no evidence of narrowed arteries, poor blood flow, or abnormalities of the heart or major vessels.” Natural. The blood vessel walls appear smooth and healthy, and there are no signs of inflammation or clotting. Overall, his cardiovascular system shows excellent health. The belly pictures are completely normal too. All major organs appear healthy. Everything evaluated was functioning within normal limits, with no acute or chronic problems.
Trump gets angry
“I have no idea.” This is how Donald Trump responded angrily, on Sunday, to journalists who asked him about the MRI that the US President performed several weeks ago. “It was just an MRI. What part of the body? It wasn’t the brain. Because I took a cognitive test and passed it with flying colors. I got an A, which is something you wouldn’t be able to do.”
With this angry response, he ended the conversation with reporters on board Air Force One, on the return flight from Florida to Washington, DC.
“If you want to publish the results, I will do that,” the president said during a conversation with reporters during his return to Washington from Florida.
Trump also said the MRI results were “perfect,” though he could not clarify which part of the body the test was performed on.
Trump added on Sunday that he had “no idea” where on his body the MRI was performed.
The controversy surrounding MRI has revived in recent days after the US President, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, described former vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris as a “retard.” Walz responded by saying that “the president is not feeling well” and demanded that the MRI results be released.
