In the video posted on Instagram, Thais reflect on the beginning of any journey:

“The truth is that we are never ready to start anything. We are only ready at the end. In the end we feel ready, because we started. We start insecure, afraid, without knowing where to go and everything is fine. The important thing is to get out of the same old ways and try something new. The new thing is really scary and you will start without knowing how to do anything, and everything will be fine in the end.”

She also encouraged her followers to be more compassionate with themselves. The Thais stated:

“Start by telling yourself: I’m worth trying. Repeat this mantra every day. I’m here, I’m holding your hand, I’m with you.”

The influencer also commented on the obstacles she faced in the transition process itself:

“This process I am doing is not easy. Everyone thinks it is easy, but it is not. I am here with you, because I know that there is no easy process in life.”

At the end of the video, the Thais stressed the importance of taking the first step and keeping moving:

“So, repeat to yourself: I’m worth trying. We have to try, at least. Put on your gym clothes and get up. Let’s go on Monday!”
