Domino’s operator in Brazil changes strategy with smaller store and lasagna | Average is more

Domino’s Pizza Brasil, the US brand’s main franchisee in the country, has changed its strategy, opting for smaller stores, new dishes, such as lasagna, and opening at lunchtime. The operator, which belongs to Brazilian private equity management company Vinci Compass, has revenues of about R$500 million, not including revenue from concessions. The chain has 215 stores in Brazil, 20 of which are owned.
