After a struggle over some details in the final agreement, it was agreed to transfer the share of Novonur, formerly Odebrecht, in… Braskem To IG4 Capital.
The contract is on track to be signed next week.
IG4 represents the creditor banks – Itaú, Bradesco, Santander, BB and BNDES.
