This new thriller will reunite Murphy with one of his most renowned stars, Evan Peterswho caused a sensation in 2022 when he took over as Jeffrey Dahmer in the first season of the anthology Monster from Netflix. He has also worked and will work with Murphy on American horror story.
In addition to Peters, Beauty co-stars Rebecca Hall (Godzilla vs. kong). The main cast is complete Chanel Stewart, Rob Yang, Patrick Luwis, Chris Silcox, Matthew Giovanni Laureano Matthew Giovanni Laureano, Anthony Ramos, James Ciccone, Swanmy Sampaio, Meredith Mickelson and Samuel Leclerc.
A thriller about a virus that turns beauty into something deadly
Co-created by Matthew Hodgson, Beauty It’s based on the comics Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley about a sexually transmitted disease that causes those who contract it to obtain the most absolute physical perfection. Does it stick? Yes, well… it’s lethal.
The first images of Beauty can now be seen thanks to Discussing Filmand we get a look at the characters of Peters and Hall, two FBI agents tasked with tracking down the source of the disease in order to put an end to it. In one of the images we see them showing their identification, while in another they are dressed in protective suits.
The series will reach Hulu the next January 21st. In Spain there is still no confirmed release date, but the normal thing would be for it to arrive on Disney+ on the same date or very close.
