She and her sisters Bernadette and Regina refuse to be silenced and do not give up having a social network. But this was the condition imposed on them by their superior so that they could continue to live in the monastery.
The Three Fairies became known in September when they escaped from a nursing home to return to live at Goldenstein Abbey in Austria, against the wishes of the Catholic Church.
Since then, they have shared their daily life at the monastery on Instagram. Today they have more than 240,000 followers. But the church is not satisfied with this story. The case was transferred to the Vatican.
“We have sacrificed enough in this life,” says Sister Bernadette. “I believe the Pope is on our side.” The nuns also sent a letter to the Vatican requesting the resignation of the monastery director.
