They handed over title deeds to eight companies located in the La Plata II Industrial Park

This measure regulates the ownership status of the Abasto estate and strengthens local productive policy after nearly two decades of waiting.

Mayor Julio Alaque handed over title deeds to eight companies located in the La Plata 2 Industrial Zone as part of the measures implemented by the municipality to regularize the property situation and strengthen the local productive policy in line with the regional planning of the capital of Buenos Aires.

“Today we take a historic step for the La Plata 2 Industrial Park. After 19 years of waiting, these companies are getting the legal security they need to grow, invest and generate more work for the people of La Plata,” Alak stressed.

It is worth noting that the organization of the park located on the highway 2 km 50 of Abasto was entrusted by Mayor Alak to the Secretariat of Production and Technological Innovation of the municipality in order to reverse the situation of the companies there that have been waiting for registration for 19 years.

In this sense, thanks to the coordinated work of the Water Authority (ADA) and the Buenos Aires Collection Agency (ARBA), the pending procedures for obtaining the Hydraulic Competence Certificate, Zoning Plan and Administrative Regulations have been completed, and as of Regional Decree No. 370/2025, companies will be able to register and access credits that were previously prohibited to them.

The companies that received title deeds on Wednesday are the Arroyenses SRL mineral project; Adhesivos Parsecs SA, specializes in the manufacture and sale of adhesives; Banco Mariva SA and paint, varnish and coatings manufacturer Coryca SA

And also FB Real Estate Group; Laboratorios Bagó SA, corresponding to the pharmaceutical industry; Multibandas SRL, manufacturer of elastic bands, rubber, plastic and polyurethane carriers; and Yafla SA, from the metals industry. In addition, the municipality is already working on completing the registration of the remaining companies in a second phase.

During the handing over of the title deeds, the Secretary of the Municipality of Production and Technological Innovation, Mercedes La Gioza, and the Public Notary of the Government of Buenos Aires, Paola Sidoti, were present, among other authorities.
