Harriel scores Danilo’s header on his skin, keeps his promise and guarantees another tattoo if Flamengo wins Intercontinental

The 2025 Libertadores final in which Flamengo became champions has been decided in detail. After all, Danilo scored the only goal of the match with a header. To record this moment, some Rubro-Negro fans decided to immortalize the match on their bodies. This is the case of Hariel Freitas, a 21-year-old student and resident of Nova Iguaçu, Baixada Fluminense.
After it spread on social media, the Flamengo player explained that the tattoo on his left arm was a fulfillment of a promise he made before the decision. In fact, he confirmed in an interview with G, that the main motivation was the atmosphere of possible revenge against Palmeiras.
“I always wanted Palmeiras to reach the final, and especially after Andreas (Pereira) got there, we had to return the favor. So, I already had it in my mind, whoever scores the goal I will get a tattoo. Thank God, everything went well. I made a tattoo of Danilo, who is a great defender, who has a beautiful history in football. So he was a good player for a tattoo,” said the Flamengo fan.
The snag with the tattoo artist did not make Flamengo fans give up
The cost of immortalizing the unforgettable move of all Flamengo fans on the skin was approximately R$200. Hariel also reported difficulty finding time in the tattoo artist’s schedule last Sunday (11/30). Therefore, the work was produced in one sitting, lasting five hours, last Monday (12/01);
“The only reason I didn’t do it on Sunday was because the tattoo artist didn’t have a vacancy, otherwise it would have been done the next day. His schedule this week is just a flamingo tattoo. But no one did what I did, and that was the goal. He thought it was amazing,” the Flamengo player explained.
The fan added: “We were talking about colour, because I thought about putting the Palmeiras players in green, but that didn’t make sense, and a red and black Flamengo tattoo. I ended up leaving Danilo in red and black and the Palmeiras players in the shade. It was perfect. It was very painful, but it was worth it (laughs).”
By the way, this is not the first flamingo tattoo that Hariel has on his body. Danilo’s header joins stars like Adriano Emperador, Gabigol and Zico. In fact, from Harriel’s point of view, Rubro Negro’s fourth Libertadores title has become part of this select list thanks to this feat.

Promised a new tattoo in case of the Intercontinental title
