- 2 cups boiled and chopped chicken
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 small can of cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3 medium boiled potatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Grated mozzarella cheese for gratin
- Salt as desired
- Pepper to taste
- Paprika as desired
Preparation method
- Mash the potatoes while they are still hot and mix them with butter, milk and salt until you get a smooth and creamy puree. book.
