Senator Flavio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) wrote on the X website that the regime wants to silence former President Jair Bolsonaro, because it knows that he is “the most powerful name for the 2026 elections.”
It was published on Tuesday (11/11), when Bolsonaro completed 100 days of house arrest. The arrest was made by order of Minister of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes on 4 August.
In the post, Jair Bolsonaro’s son 01 shared a photo calling for Bolsonaro’s release from house arrest, and stated that “Brazil’s greatest political leader is being arrested and monitored without charge or punishment.”

100 days of house arrest
Jair Bolsonaro has been under house arrest at his home, in Jardim Botánico, in Brasilia (DF), since August 4, on the order of Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes. The decision came after failure to adhere to the precautionary measures stipulated previously.
At that time, he was subject, by order of Moraes, to a series of precautionary measures imposed on July 18. Initial measures included a ban on leaving the country, the use of electronic ankle bracelets and home confinement at night (7pm to 6am) and on weekends.
The impetus for the habitat was Bolsonaro’s participation, by phone, in the Bolsonaro demonstration that took place on Sunday (3/8) in Rio de Janeiro. The two sons, Carlos and Flavio Bolsonaro, reposted this post on social media.
