In 2009, Blumhouse Productions debuted in the genre of terror with Paranormal Activityone film written and directed by Oren Peli whose plot followed the story of a couple who began to experience supernatural events inside their home.

And whatever’s coming, well the development of a new film has just been confirmed Paranormal Activity which James Wan and Jason Blum will produce.
A new delivery of Paranormal Activity
As collected The Hollywood Reporter, James Wan and Jason Blum They are going to make a new movie Paranormal Activity result of the merger of Atomic Monster, Wan’s producer, and Blumhouse Productionscompany run by Blum.
The project has Paramount as a partner to co-finance, co-produce and distribute the film. Oren Peli, filmmaker responsible for the first film, will also serve as producer for Solana Films.
“I’m a big fan Paranormal Activity from the brilliant first film, with its haunting pace and subtle ability to make the invisible terrifying. I look forward to expanding his legacy and contributing to the next evolution of this terrifying found footage franchise.” said James Wan.
“Working with James on this exciting revival of the franchise that started it all for Blumhouse is exactly what we dreamed of when we merged with Atomic Monster. I will be actively involved with him in introducing this new chapter.”
