Bradesco Seguros Group strengthens its growth strategy Dino

On Wednesday (3), in São Paulo, the Bradesco Seguros Group presented the main achievements for 2025 and the strategic perspectives for 2026. At the breakfast that brought together the president of the insurance company, Ivan Juntejo, and the company presidents and CEOs, the group reinforced its long-term vision, focusing on sustainable growth, innovation and strengthening its regional presence.

Juntejo highlighted the insurer’s consistent performance in the first nine months of 2025 and emphasized the group’s confidence regarding the year ahead. “We remain confident in 2026, following CNSeg’s growth forecast. This forecast reflects a commitment to listening to Brazilian society and anticipating its needs with complete and accessible solutions.”

Another highlight was technological advancement. “For more than three years, we have invested more than R$ 1 billion in technology and artificial intelligence annually. This move has improved our underwriting and claims management capabilities, as well as automating repetitive processes. Thus, we free up the team’s time to make more complex technical decisions, increasing our efficiency and increasing our responsiveness,” Juntejo explained.

The growth of the client base has been cited as an important result of the group’s strategy, along with the expansion of the broker and partner base. “The increase in our base, which has been strengthened throughout 2025, creates favorable conditions for us to maintain a profitable growth path. We see room to expand coverage among already insured Brazilians and reach new audiences, as the market matures and the range of our broker partners expands,” he commented. Regional expansion will also remain at the heart of the 2026 strategy. “We have expanded our operations in the Northeast, North and Mid-West, with related investments in the health value chain and in priority business lines. We want to be close to local requirements and offer solutions suited to the realities of each region,” he stressed.

In this event, the impact of the change of headquarters and consolidation of the group as the largest insurance company in Latin America was also strengthened, according to Fundación MAPFRE.

The meeting was attended by Nay Dias, CEO of Bradesco Auto/RE; Carlos Marinelli, CEO of Grupo Bradesco Saúde; José Pérez, CEO of Bradesco Capitalização; Bernardo Castillo, CEO of Bradesco Vida e Previdência; Luiz Carlos Angelotti, CEO of BSP Empreendimentos Imobiliários; Rodrigo Basilar, CEO of Atlântica Hospitais e Participações; Roberto Chamberlain, Advisor, Bradesco Seguros Group; Alexandre Nogueira, Marketing Director; and Vinicius Cruz, the company’s chief financial officer.
