The letter continues: “Simple, hardworking people, who face difficulties every day and yet maintain their dignity and work hard to provide for their families. People who work just to have something to eat, without the right to anything, as if this oppressive government system is not enough.”

PCC attributes burglaries to ‘new generations of criminals’
According to Al-Marham, the faction attributes the robberies that residents of the outskirts are exposed to to “novices in crime.” “The new generations of criminals are doing things that are unacceptable even to us criminals, which is unacceptable,” the faction’s message says.
“We have already been doing our part for more than years, telling these new generations that stealing hoods is wrong and can be charged accordingly. For decades. The crime itself has been a check for those who live off the oppression of these simple and humble people,” the PCC letter said.

Anyone who does not adhere to this procedure must be punished accordingly, which is guaranteed by the faction. “He will be punished and it will be at the discretion of the discipline to be charged along with the owners of the valleys themselves. We hope to be very clear,” reads another part of the letter.
The measure also applies to factions that encourage or turn a blind eye to such robberies, such as motorcycle owners who accept stolen items in exchange for drugs.
The criminal faction said: “The call to participate in the ideas of organized crime is for scoundrels, not for the weak. Therefore, if the greeting reaches those who meet the criteria of being wrong, they should withdraw and it is over.”
“We will no longer raise awareness and they will be accused of disrespect and the appropriate punishment will be at the discretion of the discipline. Therefore, be careful, especially since the accusation may be appropriate, that is, with your own life. In any case, the leadership has already done its part, which has been the directive for years, and from now on we will make the accusation, period,” the letter concludes.
