The former public prosecutor linked Lula to numerous offenses, accusing her of committing “abusive and illegal acts.”
The filing of the former lawmaker, whose term was revoked, indicates that the payment was made on behalf of the Sao Paulo Court of Justice, which is responsible for ruling on the case. From now on, it will be up to Lula’s defense to request the release of the amount.
