Bradesco customers took to social media on Friday to report difficulties paying bills and making transactions via Pix from the bank’s app.
Bradesco app failure logs on Downdetector, a site that monitors the operation of online services in the last 24 hours, began at approximately 9:09 a.m., and reached a peak of 209 notifications at 10:39 a.m. Some users are still unable to access their accounts on the app
A user identified as Arlene on the Downdetector website asked if other people were having problems accessing the bank app.

In addition to Bradesco, Santander and Next applications were also flawed.
In Santander’s case, complaints began at 9:13 a.m. and peaked at 9:58 a.m., with 1,254 notifications recorded.
User Moisés Oliveira complained about problems accessing the Santander app:
“SANTANDER AND WAY APP IS NOT OPENING, BRAGANCA/PA,” he wrote on Downdetector.
Joao Marcelo Gomez Cleoblo, of Joao Pessoa, complained:
“I can’t do anything!!!!”
190 notifications of the issue were subsequently recorded on Downdetector at 10:04 am.
