Next week, Lula’s government will launch a new application for the process of obtaining a national driver’s license (CNH) without a mandatory driving school.
The app, according to the article, will be called “CNH Brasil” and will be officially launched by the government at a ceremony at Palacio do Planalto scheduled for Tuesday (9/12).
