A 58-year-old woman died on Saturday in Madrid, in the Ciudad Lineal area, after falling from the tenth floor with her two 3-year-old children. There was no one else in the house. One of the minors is receiving treatment at October 12 University Hospital and another at Nino Jesus Children’s Hospital. The condition of both of them is very serious. At 9:00 a.m., SAMUR workers and police officers moved to Ricardo Ortiz Street, in the Ciudad Lineal area, where the events occurred, but they were unable to do anything to save the mother’s life. Investigative sources rule out the existence of an incident of gender-based violence and indicate that the woman committed suicide. Neighbors suspect he suffers from mental health problems. The National Police is conducting the investigation.
