She also stated that Bezerra was not happy with the situation and raised his voice again. According to the neighbour, the two started a heated discussion without going the physical route.
Liliam confirms that the video of the episode shows that Dewline’s sister sought, as a lawyer, to deceive the judge and confuse verbal quarrels with physical assault. The neighbor accuses Dayan of acting in bad faith and says it is shameful that, as a legal professional, she is trying to distort the facts to gain R$10,000 at her expense.
Therefore, Montero requests the conviction of Dejan Bezerra on charges of bad faith, with a fine and compensation for the losses he suffered.

At the beginning of October, Diane Bezerra decided to take legal action against Liliam Montero. The lawyer says she is the woman’s neighbor in a luxury residential apartment in Santana de Parnaiba, São Paulo.
In the document, to which the column had exclusive access, the influencer says she was a victim of violence that occurred in the apartment complex’s gym. At the time, Diane was taking dance lessons with a teacher.
Dewline’s sister claims she was intimidated by her neighbor and recorded the incident on her cell phone. She confirms that the attacks occurred shortly after she took out her phone. Bezerra ensures that the episode was also captured by the condominium’s security system, as well as that his dance teacher and other locals witnessed it.
Judicially, Diane Bezerra is asking for an injunction so that the apartment complex will have to preserve evidence, sending security camera images that would have recorded the violence to the court. The lawsuit also brings a demand for compensation in the amount of R$10,000.
