A robbery at a mobile phone store ended in tragedy on Thursday (4/12), in Curitiba (PR). The owner of the establishment reacted to the approach of a criminal armed with a replica gun and ended up killing the robber and, by mistake, a businessman who was there.
According to the military police, the case took place inside a commercial exhibition. At the time of approach, the owner, his wife, the delivery man and the person in charge of the space in which the store operates were present in the store.

The 28-year-old criminal, who already had previous convictions for theft, entered the venue with a fake gun, captured the group and ordered everyone to be taken to the back of the shop.
During the operation, the owner of the establishment drew his gun and opened fire. The bullets hit the thief as well as the businessman, who ended up shooting in a state of confusion.
Both died at the scene.
The Prime Minister stated that the merchant was transferred to the Flagrant Center to give his statement. His name has not been released.
The civil police will investigate the case to clarify the full dynamic of the reaction, the distance of the shots and the circumstances that led to the shooting of the second person.
