The Government of the Federal District (GDF) has decided to submit to STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes the request of Senator Damaris Alves (Republicanos-DF) to visit the Da Babuda complex in Brasilia.
Damaris requested the visit directly to the DF Prison Administration Secretariat. She said she needed to check Baboda’s conditions for receiving former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL).

The ministry said in the column that it “submitted” the request to Moraes because the request referred to Bolsonaro. The minister is the rapporteur of the investigation into the coup in which the former president was convicted.
“The Secretariat of the Federal District Prison Administration submitted for consideration by the Federal Supreme Court a request for a senator’s visit to the facilities of the penal units of the Babuda Prison Complex. Since the request refers to a guard linked to Criminal Case No. 2668, under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, the action was necessary, and the administration is awaiting a response,” the body informed the column.
Damaris requested to visit Baboda in his capacity as Chairman of the Senate Human Rights Committee. She filed the request after the article revealed that Moraes intends to send Bolsonaro to serve his sentence in Babuda.

Moraes intends to send Bolsonaro to Babodenina
As the article revealed, the STF Minister should order the former president to serve his sentence in the prison of the 19th Military Police Battalion in the Federal District, known as “Babudinha”.
The decision was made after Moraes’ chief of staff visited Babuda’s facilities, days before the special court ruled on Bolsonaro’s appeals against the conviction. The visit revealed Capitals.
According to the report, Moraes’ assistant visited three places inside Babuda that could receive the former president. Among them are Babodina and the high-security complex where celebrities were imprisoned.
However, the expectation of Bolsonaro’s allies is that the Supreme Court minister will leave Bolsonaro in office for only a few weeks, thus giving him the benefit of house arrest again.
