Not only is this supplement easy to prepare, it is also rich in antioxidants thanks to blueberries. And that is the main feature of this fruit.

This recipe takes about 15 minutes to prepare the concentrate and 2 minutes to serve. It should be taken into account that freezing the concentrate takes 3 to 4 hours.

  1. 2 ounces (60 ml) cranberry juice per serving.
  2. 2 ounces (60 ml) sparkling wine per serving.
  3. Fresh blueberries (optional).
  4. Rosemary sprigs (optional).
  5. Slice orange (optional).
  6. Sugar (to frost the rim of the glass).

  1. In an ice cream container, distribute fresh cranberries, rosemary sprigs and orange slices as desired.
  2. Pour cranberry juice into each compartment almost to the top.
  3. Place the ice container in the freezer and wait at least 3 hours or until the cubes are solid before removing them and finishing making the drink.
  4. When you’re ready to enjoy your blueberry mimosa, remove the container and unmold the desired squares. Depending on size, one per jar is recommended.
  5. If you want to glaze the glasses: Run an orange slice around the rim of each glass, then place the rim on a plate with sugar. Twist to coat well.
  6. Pour at least one cube of concentrate into the glass and pour in 2 ounces of chilled sparkling wine.
