In the midst of the countdown to the end-of-year festivities, public relations executive Thiago Miranda and cardiologist Fausto Stauffer gathered a select group of guests to anticipate the celebrations at an intimate dinner, marked by a Christmas atmosphere. The meeting took place last Wednesday (12/03), in Lago Sul, and offered an evening that went beyond gastronomy, an invitation to slow down.

The hosts have taken care of every detail to transform the residence into a welcoming and elegant environment. The proposal was to offer a sensory experience, celebrating the season delicately and enhancing the pleasure of being at the table with friends.

To set the tone for the evening, Thiago and Fausto used candles, floral arrangements and soft lighting, elements which helped create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.

Depending on the format placed, with previously defined places at the table, the dinner deviates from the traditional supper. The menu featured a contemporary selection of Japanese cuisine, created by the Gurumê restaurant team.

Served in style in the housethe menu was prepared in the house kitchen. Guests enjoyed dishes such as shrimp popcorn, salmon and tuna ussuzukuri, and rolls with delicate presentation and striking flavors, accompanied by labels carefully selected from the hosts’ personal wine cellar.
