Flamengo drew with Mirassol in a lively match full of created chances. The score of 3-3 reflects the commitment and good football of both teams, who did not deserve to be defeated. In the first duel of the final day of the Brasileirão, both teams were crowned for their performance throughout the competition: Mirassol earned a place in the Libertadores, while Flamengo won the national title.
Coming off the field, Wallace Yan and Michael spoke to the press about Rubro-Negro’s good performance.
‘I thank my companions. They had an incredible season. The boys performed very well and the cast can count on us, we will always be available to help. Now it’s time to focus on the Intercontinental, because the year isn’t over yet.said Wallace Yan.
Michael also spoke to journalists from Amazon Prime and commented on the opportunities offered to children, in addition to reaffirming his connection with the club.
“I’m a boy too, just like them. I am very happy to be able to share this space. Regarding the rumors, I am a Flamengo player and I have a contract until 2028. Of course I would like to play more, but I respect my colleagues and I am available to help” he said.
Just like Michael and Wallace Yan, Dyogo Alves and Everton Araújo travel to Doha to join the main team in the intercontinental conflict. Flamengo starts next Wednesday (10), against Cruz Azul.
