After the incident, this Saturday 6, he returned to the Park to perform on the cultural agenda
Shortly after validating his outing at Parque Villa-Lobos, in the west zone of São Paulo, singer Rael was the victim of a theft and had his motorcycle taken. The events occurred on the morning of Saturday 6. Shortly after, according to the musician’s report, agents of the Metropolitan Civil Guard (GCM) found his vehicle in Guarulhos.
In the recordings made by local security cameras, it is possible to see that as soon as the automatic gate raised, two men approached Raël, took his helmet and then the motorcycle.
The singer reported what happened on social media, sharing details about his day after the robbery. The same day he had to return to Parque Villa-Lobos for a presentation scheduled for 3 p.m. and fulfilled his commitment. In the meantime, he resolved the issues related to the rescue of the motorcycle and filed a police report (BO) at the police station.
Raël also took advantage of the situation to reinforce the importance of not reacting in situations like this. “Summary of ideas, don’t react brother, the greatest asset you have is you,” he said in Instagram stories.
“Thank God everything is okay. We lost our headset, our camera, the content we made today won’t be there, but that’s it. Life goes on, I wasn’t the first and I don’t even know the last one to have it stolen. And keep going!”, the singer also said.
In a note to EarthParque Villa-Lobos confirmed the event and said that as soon as the situation was identified, “the security team acted immediately, activating and collaborating with the military police, which allowed the vehicle to be recovered shortly after.”
“We emphasize that no one was injured. The Park continues to collaborate with the authorities for everything necessary and reinforces its commitment to the well-being of all its visitors and employees,” they added.
The report also contacted the São Paulo State Public Security Secretariat (SSP) for more information on the incident, but received no response until publication of the article. The space will be updated if returned.
