Ribs from Minas Gerais
Time: 1 hour (+6 hours of rest)

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs in pieces
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 grated onion
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 meat stock cubes
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 grated onion
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, season the ribs with soy sauce, garlic, onion, rosemary, salt and pepper. Leave for 6 hours.
- Transfer to a pressure cooker.
- Cover with water, add the bay leaf and the meat stock, cover and heat over low heat.
- Cook 20 minutes after pressure begins.
- Let the pressure release naturally, open the pan, drain and set aside.
- For the sauce, heat a pan with the butter and brown the onion with the sugar until it is caramelized.
- Add honey, soy sauce, water and bring to a boil.
- Add reserved ribs and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a platter.
- Sprinkle with green perfume and serve.
