Atlético-MG beat Vasco 5 x 0 this Sunday (7/12), at the Arena MRV, on the last day of the Brazilian Championship. The goals of the match were scored by Junior Alonso, Hulk, Dudu, twice, and Víctor Luis, against.
With this result, Galo finishes the Brasileirão in 11th place with 48 points and secures a place in the Copa Sudamericana, a competition in which he was runner-up this year.
For his part, Cruzmaltino finished his participation in 14th place with 45 points. As a result, Vasco does not qualify for any continental competition at the moment.

The game
The first goal of the match came in the 18th minute. After a corner, Igor Gomes finished, Rony, inside the area, deflected, Fuzato saved and, after a mix-up in the area, Junior Alonso shot and opened the score.
At 30, Vasco found himself with a player less after Hugo Moura touched the studs of his boot to Dudu’s calf. Two minutes later, Hulk hit a wonderful free kick and scored Galo’s second.

In the second half of the game, three times, Dudu made a good move on the left side of the attack, played with Hulk, and hit the ball wide to score Atlético-MG’s third goal.
