Sports editorial team, December 6th (EFE). – The Spanish women’s futsal team is aiming for a consolation third-place finish at the Futsal World Cup in the Philippines this Sunday, although to do so they will have to beat Argentina (10:00 a.m.) at the PhilSports Arena in Manila.
The Clà udia Pons-coached team is still coming to terms with its 4-1 semi-final defeat against Brazil and wants to leave Manila for the first official World Cup in history with a good taste in their mouths.

Analyzing Argentina, Pons stressed: “We played with Argentina last year. They are a tough, strong team. They will also be aiming for third place, so it won’t be an easy game and we have to work hard to win,” he said.
