The Administrative Council for Tax Appeals (Carf) is ready for tax reform. This was stated by the president of the organization, Carlos Higino, in an exclusive interview with Value. The 3rd Section of the organization, according to him, will maintain the judgment on current taxes, which will be gradually extinguished, and at the same time will analyze the administrative processes on the Contribution on Goods and Services (CBS), which will replace the PIS and the Cofins.
