The PT plans to hold a three-day mega-event to celebrate the party’s 46th anniversary. The celebration will take place from February 5 to 7, in Salvador (BA), in the presence of President Lula.
According to PT leaders interviewed by the Chronicle, the mega-event is expected to be used as a sort of launch of the pre-campaign for the re-election of the current leader of the Palácio do Planalto.

In addition to Lula, the event should bring together ministers who will give conferences. One of the expected participants is Sidônio Palmeira, current head of the Presidency Communications Secretariat (Secom).
