Norwegian police reported the arrest of a 19-year-old young man as the alleged perpetrator of a shooting this Monday morning in a shopping center in Oslo, the country’s capital, without any casualties being reported.
Police raided Storo Storsenter shopping center in search of possible injuries and others involvedaccording to a press release.
