Far-right discourse
Jim Caviezel
Can we be so different after all these years?
We jogged together, we played basketball together, we worked together in film and television.
NOW I’m a henchman in Lucifer’s army? Your words are dangerous and full of hatred. ????

In recent years, Jim Caviezel has become less known for his work in film and more for his involvement in speeches and events related to QAnon, the North American far-right conspiracy movement.
The actor has previously spoken to audiences supportive of the group and has also been present at meetings such as the Health and Freedom Conference and the Patriot Roundup, occasions in which he has endorsed narratives that depict an alleged global elite involved in child kidnapping and other practices without any verifiable basis.
Caviezel has become a frequent figure in these environments, repeating widely debunked claims, such as the existence of millions of children disappearing each year and the activities of a “satanic cabal” that allegedly controls political, economic and media structures.
On other occasions, the actor has even called Covid-19 vaccines “gene therapy,” going so far as to claim that they would be part of a depopulation plan.
